1. Spread a layer of fibers on the glossy side of a piece of freezer paper.
2. Spritz with diluted textile medium, add bits of thread and glitter for embedding, and add another layer.
3. Tap fiber down onto the freezer paper with a kitchen sponge.
4. Air dry and then peel off paper.
