Now you can stitch with the same fibers that grace the walls and linens of the White House and all major American historical institutions.

Use these quality fibers for cross-stitch, satin stitch, hand-embroidery, couching, punch needle, doll designs, crazy quilting seam treatments or to create tassels.

  Mixed Fiber skeins will include 2 yards each of five coordinated colors in a variety of fibers such as: silk filament, rayon viscose, Japanese #7 gold  metallic, wool and linen, or silk linen blend fibers for a total of 10 yards.

 Silk Skeins are 1/2 yard in length with 100 strands of filament silk per skein.  Priced at a fraction of other filament silk skeins, this Brazilian silk is vat dyed at the Scalamandre plant.

To tame silk strands, lightly dampen your fingers with water, coat the skein, and remove one strand at a time.
These fibers are available in limited quantities.
